2012 Season Highlights as of 9/18
By · CommentsMax Partlo, First Baptist Academy, Jr.- 2nd out of all DFW private school quarterbacks with 870 passing yards, 12 TD’s, and 2 INT’s. He was named Dallas Morning News Honorable Mention Player of the Week after throwing for 335 yards and 6 touchdowns in the first game of the season. Max was also listed in Texas Football as one of the Top 100 Juniors in the State of Texas. Max has led the Saints to a 3-0 start. Jaylin Nelson, First Baptist Academy, 8th Grade- Has led the FBA middle school team to a 2-1 start. Almost pulled out a victory in a close 54-50 game against Prestonwood Christian’s 8th grade team, where he threw for over 300 yards. Jaylin, who played in the Eastbay Youth All-American game last year, has passed for over 600 yards in 3 games so far this season.
Connor Huffman, Arlington High School, Sr.- Has led 5A Arlington High School to a 2-0 start. Threw for 172 yards and 3 touchdowns in a big victory over Mansfield Timberview.
Jack King, Forney High School, Sr.- Has thrown for 426 yards, 3 TD’s, and run for 2 TD’s for the Forney High School varsity team. #19 out of area 4A schools.
Carson Hyles, Rowlett High School, Sr.- #9 out of area 5A schools with 767 passing yards and 5 TD’s. He has completed over 75% of his passes.
Tanner Ramsey, Mesquite Poteet, Sr.- Has led Poteet to a 3-0 start with 527 yards passing, 5 TD’s passing, 188 rushing yards, and 4 rushing TD’s. #10 out of area 4A schools.
Barrett Renner, Bishop Lynch, Jr.- Starting quarterback for Bishop Lynch High School and has led the team to a 2-0 start.
AJ Daniels, FW Western Hills, Soph.- Starting quarterback for Fort Worth Western Hills varsity as a sophomore.
Alex Spielbauer, Sachse, Jr.- Currently the backup quarterback for 5A Sachse High School, and has 43 yards passing, 1 passing TD, and 21 rushing yards.
Kam Myles, West Mesquite, Sr.- Trained in 2011 as a quarterback in case he was needed in that position at West Mesquite. Since then, has been playing safety and is one of the top recruits in the area. Has committed to play at Tennessee.
Miles Thompson, Allen, Fr.- Was named the starting quarterback for the Allen High School Freshman Team.
Jack Kristofek, St. Thomas, 6th grade- Quarterback for St. Thomas Aquinas. Has already thrown his team’s first touchdown pass of the season.

Thor’s 562 yards passing in one game was the 7th best in Texas High School Football History! Congratulations!
Great Start to 2010

Two freshmen are starting varsity quarterbacks for their teams!
Case Brabham went 23 for 38 with 323 yards passing, 3 touchdowns and 3 interceptions for St. Mark’s in a loss vs. Bishop Dunne.
Luke Thompson is starting as the varsity quarterback for Fort Worth Southwest Christian.
Another freshman, Max Partlo, is the JV quarterback for First Baptist Academy and is 30 for 61 with 529 yards passing and 4 touchdowns in two games.
Zach Gregory, senior at First Baptist Academy, had a big game in a win vs. Frisco Legacy Christian. He ran for 103 yards and threw for 196 yards and a touchdown in leading the Saints to a victory over the #1 ranked small private school in the area. The quarterback for Frisco Legacy was Micah Baxter, another Texas QB player, who had a great game at quarterback, free safety, receiver, and punt returner. Micah intercepted Zach off of a missed ball by the FBA receiver.
As usual, Thor Long is tearing up opposing defenses in two victories for Sherman. He has thrown for 408 yards, 6 touchdowns, 1 interception, and 1 rushing touchdown in the first two games.
Carson Hyles threw a 50 yard touchdown pass playing for the Rowlett High School JV team.
Jake Hornberger has led Dallas Covenant to a 2-0 start this season.
Chris Chaulk is now starting for FW Trinity Valley’s 8th grade team!
Colt Rutherford went 10 for 15 passing for 193 yards, 3 touchdowns passing, and one rushing touchdown in a victory for Pottsboro’s JV team.
Josh Cousins is starting for Argyle Liberty Christian and has led them to a 1-0 start.

#8 Caelan Day
By · Comments#8 QB Caelan Day led the Titans to a 14-12 victory in their game last week. They were down 0-12 at the beginning of the fourth quarter when Caelan led his team to a come from behind victory, throwing 2 amazing TD passes and also completing 2 passes on extra point tries. Congratulations Caelan!
